Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot:
- Accept returns.
- Offer any exchanges.
- provide any refunds.
Once your order has been shipped it is considered final, you may reach out and cancel your order before it has been marked as shipped for a full refund.
2. Damaged or incorrect items in order.
If your order is received damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the items received.
- A clear photo of the packaging your order was received in and the shipping label.
We will review the problem and provide a reasonable resolution within a timely manner.
This may include:
- Replacement of the damaged / incorrect item.
- Partial or full store credit to use on a future purchase.
- Monetary refunds may be provided under specific circumstances where a physical replacement is not possible.
3. Lost or stolen packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Obsidian research is no longer responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delivery errors as a result of incorrect shipping address being provided.
4. For regulatory, Sanitation, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept the returns of:
Opened or Unopened items once they have left our possession.
- Research chemicals.
- Temperature sensitive or shipping sensitive items.
- Any items shipped outside of our normal standard procedures.
