Order processing:
All orders are processed within the reasonable time frame of 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding all major holidays) you will receive an order confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Standard shipping times apply to all orders and estimates on ETAs begin once the order has been shipped, not upon placing an order in our store.
You can use the tracking information provided on your shipping ocnfirmation to track your order.
Shipping Delays:
Although we do our best to ensure your order is delivered within a timely manner, some things may be out of our control (Weather, high order volumes, general carrier issues, etc…) Obsidian Research is not responsible for any delays caused outside of our control.
Lost or damaged packages:
Packages that appear to have been lost in transit or are received physically damaged must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve any issues promptly.
